1. Why Consistency Wins:

  • Training adaptations compound over time.

  • Skipping sessions = losing progress.

  • Small daily wins add up to massive transformations.

2. How to Build Consistency:

✅ Create a “minimum must session” (even 20 min counts). Push ups, sit ups, running hills, etc.
✅ Commit to “never miss twice”
✅ Use habit stacking (attach workouts to daily habits like morning coffee)

3. Consistency Checklist:

  • Missed a day? → Show up tomorrow.

  • Bad session? → Still counts.

  • Bored? → That’s part of the process. Keep going!
